Footpath? Where?

The farmer that owns this field has a £150,000 tractor with more electronics and computing power than the Space Shuttle.
Yet the numpty can’t be bothered to programme in the route of the footpath.
Earlier in the year he cross ploughed it and left 15 inch deep furrows, then he power harrowed it and left 6 inch lumps. He’s now drilled it and still made no attempt to remediate. The local authority are useless, wont even send a letter. I have heard of walking groups getting so fed up they wait for the crop to emerge then walk 20 abreast across the field.
