Mom’s Lamb Cake . . .

. . . made once again by my Seattle sister. A few years ago I Blip-posted a picture of her ‘Quarantine Lamb’, complete with mask. This year she had fun with ‘friends’. The cake is a wonderful, heavy, buttery pound cake. I’m disappointed to be missing out again this year (since she’s on the opposite Coast). Sigh ! I have Mom’s mold, recipe, and special baking Hints. I guess I must prepare my own Lamby, soon !
