Easter Sunday

We got home around midnight. She was adamant about joining the dawn service, so I woke her at 6am and she bounced out of bed. She was picked up by friends 20mins later and went to the pasture. They went for breakfast and some Easter crafts. They stopped at our house on the way to church to get the instruments... Because today Katie played the bassoon, the clarinet AND the saxophone in the Easter service. They had rehearsal and joined the church (second) breakfast. She played, went to the kids party and came back for the end of the service. They picked me up on the way home and took us both back for Easter lunch. By mid afternoon we were both totally flagging. 

Thankfully, I had anticipated the flagging and the Easter bunny had done duties while she was out this morning. We put a film on and basically have done very little since. A bit more Easter craft for her. She's tucked up for an early night.
