Newburgh

I believe the sun has been shining in most of the UK but not along the NE coast of Scotland. We’d a walk at Newburgh along the Ythan then across the dunes to the beach and on to Hackley Bay today , in heavy mist and haar. It was also quite cold. 
A good chance though to catch up with a pal I’d not seen for a while. We thawed out with an excellent soup and sandwich at the cafe at the back of the old Udny Arms Hotel.
