On Chirk Aqueduct

We went for a walk at Chirk going along the famous aqueduct where the photo was taken. We saw a couple of trains going over the viaduct too.

We then walked along the canal and circled back via the River Ceiriog where my granddaughter I enjoyed throwing stones in from the acessible stone beach by the bridge.

 I wanted to post an extra of them looking through their binoculars but for some reason it won't go on.

We came back and F arrived for tea.  He and O spent a lot of time playing board games, the draughts games were particularly serious!
