A day out....

Today I took Miss M and B to the movies to see The Croods. It was actualy quite funny. The cinema was packed as the weather was a little on the wet side today. After the movies we did a spot of shopping. What was I thinking????? Every school holidays we go shopping and every school holidays I threaten never to do it again. The kids took turns whinging. I think it would be so much easier to buy clothes for them when they aren't there. Miss M, not quite 7 stood in front of a wall of clothes and "didn't like anything"!!!! After I spent a good 1/2 hour going my best Gok Wan impersonation, she finally ended up with a tartan skirt and a top the has LOL is sparkly sequins. Poor B, we have trouble getting pants to fit his waist, so we were in and out of the change rooms for him.

This blip was taken this morning before we went out. Not sure how I got them to sit still long enough as they were very excited. This was the best out of the few shots I took. I experimented with a few different settings, but I settled on this one. The focus is on Miss M and poor B is a bit out of focus, but I think it looks pretty cool.
