Spring gold

Took a soothing green late afternoon walk through a previously unknown piece of woodland near Christchurch (the Dorset one). There’s even a stream! The area where my mum lives is very built up; apart from the beach it’s hard to find an easily accessible green space without driving somewhere.

Next to the path we came across several sizeable clumps of marsh marigolds that really brought golden light into the woodland.
