Smug runners

Another long run, another recce of the Lakeland 50 course. Today we decided to recce Kentmere to Ambleside and then continue onto the Three Shire stone on Wrynose pass.
Started the day in clag and it felt as if it was going to rain. No views to start with but as we went on, the weather lifted and was glorious. Not too hot so perfect running temperature. 17.5 miles in the bag.
