Easter Surprise

Remember this? Well, today, bro-in-law W made another surprise for each of us: half a chocolate Easter egg filled with raspberries, strawberries, grapes and Maltesers in a bed of creme-fraiche, laced generously with Baileys Irish Cream liqueur. Utterly delicious! And the fruit reduces the calorie-load, right?!!
