Sleeping in the Sun

late afternoon :)

Thank you for all your kind comments, stars and hearts yesterday!

A rough night again last night when I was awake between 3 and 6am :(

Anyway I got up and went off to the garden centre shortly after 9am, where thankfully found some smaller compost bags which I could easily lift.  I bought a couple of lavender plants and some sweet peas.  The intention was then to start to put them in this afternoon when I could work in the shade.

However, next door but one decided to have a BBQ which was very smoky and after just a few minutes, I had to come indoors as my eyes and my breathing/asthma got very bad due to the smoke-I'm still coughing now  :(:(

So it has not been a good day apart from now I've had a doze, then got some sorting out instead - indoors with the doors and windows shut so I wasn't affected.

And it was such a beautiful day.  It has made me quite low in fact that I couldn't enjoy what I wanted to...
