Beaumaris Pier
At the end of a beautiful walk that took us up to the tip of Anglesey across from Puffin Island.
Despite the cloudy forecast the weather was glorious. An interesting walk that took us past slate quarries, holy wells, an ancient priory, a dovecote of some magnificence, the featured lighthouse, a great cafe and a splendid wall around a long lost deer park. At all times, we had a stunning view of Snowdonia across the Menai Straits.
All capped off with a delicious lunch at the Bull in Beaumaris.
