Red Geranium

Geraniums love our Santa Fe summer - hot and dry - and I have a lot. However, they have to winter inside because the do not like freezing temperatures. Some of them bloom all year around - especially if they are in a sunny spot in the house.

The afternoon sunlight lit this one up beautifully from behind.
