BLACK BIRD.

It’s been another sunny day with blue skies. We did a food shop then Tony went to have his booster vaccine at the chemist. This afternoon I’ve been sitting in my hide and managed to take a photo of this black bird on the rockery. Black birds are from the thrush family and their life span is 3 to 4 years. They have a long breeding season and have 3 broods of chicks. The male black bird is black with an orange beak and orange around his eyes. The female and juveniles are brown. I hope the weathers fine where you are folks.
