Fresh Green
After lunch with my mother, her carers and friends, I drove home through this beautiful light green beech forest, every tree just unfolding its tender leaves. I love this shade of green, which only lasts a few weeks.
Further down the Taunus hills, the forests make way for orchards with cherry trees in full blossom, which I became my extra for today. I found it hard to decide which photo to use as my main blip.
Later this afternoon I spring-cleaned our patio, so I can put the planters back and get it ready for summer. I am looking forward to spending more time outside the house again.
