The dress!

This morning Eda was feeling a bit brighter. She tried on the dress I brought for her as I was concerned it was going to be too small. It fit perfectly so we had a picture showing it off by the lovely tulips in the garden.

It was so warm later that the leggings were abandoned and we headed along the road to Bailbrook House for a Bunny Hunt with Eda’s friend and neighbour Madeleine.

They had a great time following the bunny trail. Once all the bunnies had been found and named they got an Easter egg as a reward. It wasn’t at all busy so great fun. At the end they played with Easter bunny bubbles.

I was supposed to be staying behind looking after Jude as she had her nap but she fell asleep mid morning so was able to come with us. Not herself at all but a bit brighter now.

On the way back Eda stayed at Madeleine’s house to play for a while. Daddy went to get her to come home for supper and she appeared covered in mud! They had been playing with the mud kitchen!

Eda went in the bath and Granny set to with the Vanish. I think the dress will be fine after a bit of a soak.

About to have our supper out side before heading across town to see Grace in Evita. It went well on Thursday and she has done a matinee this afternoon. I’m sure it’s going to be great.
