Nia on Siesta Beach

At Nia class on the beach we were dancing to this song: The Sound of the Sunshine . . . you really might want to take a listen!

After class there an opportunity for a group photo. L to R is Anna, her friend Lisa who was visiting, Bill, plus of course my friend and our Nia Instructor, Kathy. It was a really gorgeous, sunny day. To emphasize that I added some sparkle to the sky with PicMonkey -my favorite new editing program. ;) this is the first of a few photos I am uploading to fill in some of the many days I have missed here . . .
