Old, sick or just over- indulged?

Not sure which, maybe  bit of each.  It did seem to be a little  worse for wear.  This puffed up tui was asleep in the strawberry tree!  At this time of the year it seems that one day the tui decide the the fruit are ripe enough to be eaten and today was the day..So many jumping around, not keeping still for a second and ripping the fruit apart.
