Warning,warning......

Another day of cattle !
Everything fed , then Kev on mucking out and bedding while I bagged up feeding for tomorrow then Littlemiss and I plus the terrier headed off to the vet's to collect the limousin heifer that the students had been playing with in the large animal hospital. She still has a swollen face,but is a lot better than when I dropped her off a fortnight ago.
Was amused to see this sign on her pen though,as she isn't that bad compared to some of the other cattle we have. I presume they have to try and keep the students alive though !
Got her back home and into the shed she came out of ,with the same bunch she left before,and she was no bother .
Another cow calved this afternoon,but the calf hadn't sucked so another one to bring in , milk out and feed the calf with colostrum. At least this one sucked the bottle no bother. Shut them both in a pen and will see what happens.
