Goodrich Castle

First day of freedom. As usual on Easter weekend there is the JK festival of Orienteering. We had booked accommodation in Ross on Wye and decided to travel and see how I feel about competing. I can always walk round the course.

We called in to see Goodrich Castle. Well worth the visit. I liked the stained glass window in the chapel which had the River Wye winding through it (see extra). This evening we enjoyed a walk along the Wye where there were some wonderful Swan sculptures. A good start to the weekend.
