New scone combination
Following on from the rather lame blips of the last two days, here's some excellent news. The wonderful Sue at Musa Cafe on the Mound in Edinburgh has come up with a scone combo which delighted the assembled sub-group from the Edinburgh Bakers today. We former Edinburgh Cake Ladies are now known as Bakers for the sake of inclusion and because we want all to know they are welcome no matter what they have under their apron!
Anyway, aforementioned scone was flavoured with chopped dill, spread with cream cheese and filled with Scottish smoked salmon. It's a winner! If you haven't seen Musa on the Mound, keep looking till you find it. It's immediately next to the General Assembly building.
