Another therapy day. The last time I looked up here it was last summer and it was deserted, got quite a surprise when I looked today and just saw lots of people. 
I don't know if therapy is working/right. I don't like me and want to be someone else and as I was told no one can change that . A really hard session and we left it at I am to think about if I want to continue with her.
