A long walk

Went for a lovely long walk with a friend today, 8 miles,  and then came home to a quick run which turned into more of a hobble. Very pleased with my 32000 steps anyway. I may not be able to walk tomorrow.

I deserve my gin and crisps tonight, Botanist and plain kettle chips
