Mop Mystery

This mop appeared in my mother's car the other day - she thought it was mine and vice versa but it's neither. Left by the housekeeping fairies as a hint perhaps? It does say it's a MAGIC mop after all. (And the Infant P isn't really cross-eyed - just as perplexed as I am).
