Geordie Duck

He's tufty, he's lovely, he's lovely & he's tufty..Tufty Duck! (A slight interlude & reference to Ricky Gervais & his hilariously annoying behaviour toward Robin Ince for other fans out there - I thought it was fitting for this lovely & tufty duck!)

In the aftermath of the wedding of the year, we returned back to normality & embraced all the delights that it had waiting for us.. ironing, tidying, washing up & the inevitable.. work!

But enough of the domestics, I'm sure you are all fully aware of the joys they bring. More importantly, we'd decided that today was going to mark the beginning of our training for the Great North Run. We have a good five months before we have to take our starting positions, but we are planning to take it quite seriously. Our three month plan began today with a 4 mile run to the beautiful town of Lindfield & we hope to continue to ramp it up & fit in a few longer, competative runs in before then too. Watch this space for further Bupa Great North Run information - both Jenny & I will be running for charities of our choice & so will be much in need of your support!

There's always time for a blip! This little chap was at home on the village duck pond as the sun was setting.
