Chicken Shwarma
Chicken shawarma and tzatziki sauce in a pita.
This is the second or third time I've made my own pita, but it is by far the most successful. I think using a baking steel (a toy I didn't have last time) makes an enormous difference. Having a pizza peel also made things go more smoothly.
