Hair

Not sure what prompted it, but in the afternoon, the kids dad tells Taylor that he'll pay him $5 if he will let me braid his hair and he keeps the braids in for the weekend.  

So . . . I end up braiding Taylor's hair.  Jackson doesn't want to be left out but only the hair on the very top of his head is long enough for me to do.  Mason really, really wants me to do his hair but it just isn't long enough so we settle for crazy ponytails all over the place!  Austin, the oldest, is at the "don't touch the hair" stage.

Mason, who just started taking violin back in September, played some pieces for us.
