Clematis Polish Spirit

If my memory serves me right this is the name of a small Clematis which has recently opened on trellis. It is something of a disappointment in many ways as it never climbs more than half way up and fails to spread out. The consolation is that the flowers are quite attractive, drooping downwards rather shyly.
