Just jog

Down at the marina tonight for week 2 of the just jog club. Could see it far enough, it was cold, wet and miserable, but once you get moving you don't feel it as much. Glad I went, enjoyed it. Going out with Carolyn on Wednesday for a wee walk/run/shuffle - we haven't done that in ages. She is trying to persuade me to do the Inverclyde Charity 5k in July for Ardgowan Hospice. Not committing myself just yet.
Good wee day at work.
Boys back at school tomorrow, they have had a good holiday, weather has been mostly dry so out playing all day everyday.
