Art

We have been having a mammoth clear out of the sitting room today - I guess it you could say a spring clean - but actually it is because we have bought a lovely new (well, second hand) pine cabinet. The plan is that we will reclaim the far end of the room, which has been given over to Elsie and Hannah for the last 8 years. We've chucked loads, got loads for the charity shop, and everything has been re-organised. Part of the clear up was to take photos of a load of artwork, which I hate to throw away, but don't really want to find in a dusty heap in another 8 years time. Photographing it is a half way house, and they actually came out really well. This is a detail from a pen and ink drawing of flowers, by Elsie.
