Another "sign of Spring"?

I had an item pegged for today, took it, then spotted this on the ground by the front-door Step, so I thought:-

"Y knot? I think my, this season's, first ladybird.
Or, as our transAtlantic brethren mistakenly call it, a "LadyBUG" which, being a "Coccinella " it ain't.

"The word bug refers to insects in one particular order – Hemiptera, or the True Bugs."
