sunshine and fresh air

Antony persuaded me to escape to the sea - it’s a wide open empty beach so I am confident it was a good decision. Fresh air felt good on a very tight chest and I suddenly realised it’s Wednesday and I’ve been in a fog of fever for days. So good to feel human all of a sudden, if a little tired. Also great to see the children feel very at home on the local beach and have been having a marvellous time.

Gratefuls:

1. French food, everything is wonderful;
2. Ginormous sandy beaches;
3. The little seaside village of Houlgate which Antony drove me through - fantastic Victorian villas and a hotel called “Chez Suzy”.
