Pub lunch

Because of their holidays and various other engagements, it has been much more than the usual month’s gap since we met our friends M&C for a lunch date, but today was the day! They had a drink at our house first and then drove us to this pub for lunch. It was good to catch up with them and hear about their recent holiday in Shropshire. We all ate well, but couldn’t help noticing, once again, how much the prices have risen.
