Vin Santo

A fun trip this morning to the Avignonesi vineyard for a tour of the estate and a comprehensive wine tasting. It’s a beautiful place and they make white, red and vin santo - all of which we tried. This is the barrel room where the vin santo is laid down for 10 years.
