Speech
Henry said his first proper sentence tonight "dic-dic (breadstick) bowl" with lots of pointing and a big smile! He was very pleased with himself for communicating what he wanted and kept repeating himself.
His speech is coming on really well now, he sings along to nursery rhymes (tick tock for hickory dickory dock, row row for row row row your boat and animal noises for old macdonald) and he's using sign language more too - he signs please (but says keys!) and thank you, and tonight I taught him biscuit and ouch.
First day on call today was fine - I was expecting it to be busy but I managed to get about 3hrs of revision done.
Today's blip is Neil and Henry reading the gruffalos child just before bathtime - a current favourite.
