Kitten likes to get right in the other cats personal space… Nala is fairly tolerant of kitten .

Soooooo I have indeed got a frozen solid shoulder , also a potential tear in the top of my bicep .. I have been booked in for an MRI .. if it’s ‘just’ the frozen rotator cuff a couple of steroid injections will help ( this was the scenario 6 years ago ) but if there is anything else it’ll be surgery , so let’s hope it’s just frozen …. I need to get back to Athletics as I was being taught hammer and shot putting .
