Merganser (red-breasted ?)

The wind and rain have dominated the day.  The rain let up and I took the big lens down to the water hoping to get some bald eagle shots.  It was pretty comical with the wind,  find the bird, focus on the bird, then a gust of wind would hit and lens would move...I did like this one of the merganser.
