The Morning Walk
On the way to the swimming pool this morning, I just had my phone with me so I wasn’t able to zoom in on the colourful portion of the sky.
As I planned from last week it was time to add more distance onto the swim, moving up to 1000 metres. I also put in a double set of 16 lengths to increase stamina. Most surprisingly I managed to break 4 minutes for the first 200 metres; still going in the right direction.
By the time I came out it had started to rain and it kept going for most of the morning.
