A View From The Eighth

After a disastrous start, hitting my tee shots out of bounds on both the first two holes, I managed to recover and play fairly steadily for the rest of the round, though the scorecard was rather ruined by then! At least it stopped raining by the third.

This afternoon was mainly spent unearthing the garden furniture from winter storage and doing a bit of weeding.

Chris called in after work to fill us in on his weekend in Italy.
