Eden Lilac....

Calmness in the chaos! More refuge sought in the garden today with yet more banging and crashing around in the bathroom! They've taken over 3 rooms now with all their stuff and equipment, along with the bathroom so the garden and shed is my perfect safe space! And much needed after only 3 hours sleep last night! Yuck!

We did venture out for a couple of hours this morning to escape and do some searching for a product my sister in law wanted.. we couldn't find it so failed! But did get some food supplies in morrisons and then had a lovely stop for tea and toast at a nice cafe with a lovely garden space. Very civilised in the sunshine!

Garden pottering this afternoon - another auricula has bloomed called 'eden lilac', along with reading and also had the fun experience of washing my hair in the kitchen sink! I think more water ended up on the floor than in the sink LOL!

Quiet time now..... catching up on TV planner stuff tonight and back to the cross stitch!
