Aching in a good cause

Yesterday I barrowed a ton or so of stone chippings. Muscles are complaining. The stone will still be there tomorrow. So, this is me up here, and that's Cromarty down there. A brilliant morning, proving again it doesn't pay to listen too much to the weather forecast.
