Mugosaurus Rex

Started using my new favourite mug today, it has a royal warrant. Specially selected by The King, a present for my recent birthday. 

Educational too, I thought some were made up names, but apparently not.

Fitness / Wellness
Did a bit more "extreme" digging, around our removed trees & bushes, much with a mattock.

Swim & Sauna
My usual few lengths in the pool, followed by relax, stretch n chat in the poolside sauna. Rather surprised that it's open, being a municipal facility.
