Stone rivers

Woke up today with zero energy and The Black Dog trying to get me. Dragged myself out for a walk but the light was too blue for any decent photography - so this will have to do for today. It's a detail of part of the stone circle close to where we live. The circle is infuriatingly difficult to photograph and I have never managed to get a satisfactory image to show its true appearance - but the individual stones are full of interest.

I attribute my lack of energy to having worked most of the weekend as well as struggling to get Windows 8 set up for Herself. I have to say that, in my opinion, W8 is a disaster.

I'll try for something more uplifting tomorrow!
