Can you believe I have now spent 25 years in Kenya? Honestly...25 good years as of today. Who'd a thought? Life is never as we planned, eh? And thank God for that!!!

I am in Mwanza, Tanzania on the shores of Lake Victoria. I got this young man selling peanuts at the side of the road. I was in the car waiting for one of the visitors to buy a hair brush and this young man rocked-up. I told him I would buy a few if he wouldn't mind if I took his photo. Sounded like a good deal to him. I showed him the shot and we had a good laugh. And then I realised our car was blocking the road and a huge traffic jam was in the making. I jumped into the drivers seat and found our driver not far away and off we went.

I am now sitting in the door of the hotel room to get a strong enough signal to send this off.
