Touch of Red
I knew this morning would be my only opportunity this week to drive somewhere for photographs, so I made a quick trip to Huntley Meadows to look for the Hooded Merganser mama and her ducklings. I found her, as did every other photographer there, but she never brought them close, or out of the grasses. As a result I took a couple of hundred photos of basically nothing, That's why I'm going with this Ruby-crowned Kinglet as my blip. I love the tiny touch of red barely showing through on the top of his head.
Thanks for stopping by!
