A bit of a descent

Last full day of yoga and walking, and the great weather continued. A circular woodland walk in the afternoon starting and finishing at Woodend Brow, through Kingswood and Wythop Woods and back via Hogg Park. The blip is from the top of the steep climb through the woods and looks towards Skiddaw with the Dodd pimple on the right.
Many high points again today including the most relaxing, gentle inversion ever, the hammock yin pose.
Some of the Higham Hall blips uploaded peculiarly, I think now I’m home and doing this retrospectively I’ve got the right date order.
