Lotus flower with Cicada shell

A and I did the Monsoon walk at Fogg Dam, which was new to us. It was still quite muddy underfoot. Not a lot of bird life although we could hear them in the trees. The walk ended up at the start of the Adelaide River flood plains where I spotted this Cicada shell attached to a Lotus flower. My second photo is of the flood plain at the edge of the monsoon forrest.
