The Beginning

A trip to Wakefield today was on the cards so we set off late morning as its only about 90 minutes drive and stopped off for some lunch on the way at the service station . We made the same journey 6 years to the day and was hoping for a better outcome as That Day we got hammered 62 - 0 .
The ground hasn't really changed and is still an old traditional  ground but rather run down. This shot is of Zak Hardaker kicking off at the start of the match. Wakefield started off strong but thankfully they couldn't keep it up after taking a 6-0 lead and we ended up winning  36 -6 with a very good around team performance. This was a challenge cup match and we are no through to the Semi-finals where we will play our arch-rivals and near neighbours St. Helens .
Back home and starting to feel rough again will have to do another test soon but just had a nose bleed  so will give it a while . Time to relax with some general TV viewing . Quick update test come back negative so all ok.
