Frilly

After a lazy start to the day - coffee and a crossword - it was back to the decorators caulk. Meanwhile, MrM tackled some work in the bathroom. By the time Jacqui and Fletch paid a surprise visit this afternoon, we were both quite happy to take a break for tea and biscuits! Finished off the last little bit of gap-filling in the hall after they left and, at last, all the preparation is finished and I can start painting tomorrow. It'll be a tall order to have it finished by Easter though!

In the 'yard there are daffodils, lots of miniature daffs, and this frilly narcissus. It's a bit of a mystery as I don't remember it flowering before, and I haven't planted any narcissus bulbs during the year. No matter, it's rather nice, wherever it came from!
