Ramadan Glee

Loughborough was extremely quiet except for the Moslems walking to and fro, mostly women, who were basically passing the time until sunset when they could take Iftar. They probably had to go home and cook it before then. Can you imagine having to cook something you can't take a taste of.

One particular gent caught my eye, long robe, bushy beard and head cap, which invariably means he's very devout and/or likes to lay the law down a bit, who must have walked through this area four times. I wanted to take a photo but he never returned.

This little girl was with her grandma. No Ramadan rules for her yet fortunately.

Since Aziz was about to close his shop, we decided to stop at Muffin Break and have a coffee. The tables have lovely textures which I should be able to use in Photoshop.

The security man wasn't happy that we sat down for coffee and muffins. He was clearing up the tables and chairs and wanted us gone so that he could go home.

Went to M&S for gluten free bread and hot cross buns. They had no ginger snaps! Bought Len some extremely chocolatey hot cross buns. Hope they're alright.
