Palm Sunday.
The Feast Day of St. Hedda of Peterborough.
It is a beautiful Sunday for the Churches Together  Palm Sunday walk to The Esplanade in Rishton, where they will position a big wooden cross in honour of Our Lord.  It is 8c and very cold, with dazzling sunshine. I am helping Paul make the banana and walnut loaf. It involves a lot of stirring and chopping!
We are hoping to have a drive out this afternoon into the countryside.
Have any of you heard about Trawden in Lancashire? It is a small eco village and I am really impressed with the high level of community spirit there and it sounds a little like Findhorn in Scotland.
